Product-Launch: New Access control system “Entry Assistant” for the pool industry

TAC is expanding into the pool industry with its new “Entry Assistant” cash register system. The All-In-One solution offers all important functions for the industry. The software will be presented at “interbad” 2018 at booth C19, hall 6 in Stuttgart.
With more than 15 years of experience, the Austrian company TAC | The Assistant Company has launched a new product on the market: “Entry Assistant – Access Control Software” is an integrated solution for guest management with cash register and access control system. The All-In-One software offers modules such as access control, POS, reservation, stock control, CRM or integrated web functions.
The new TAC cash register system digitizes the processes of the pool industry, from online bookings to checkout. This saves companies time and personnel resources, and visitors benefit from increasing convenience: In the web shop, guests book tickets online in order to get to the thermal bath quicker by fast lane. In addition, they reserve the desired lounger and can obtain it directly on site. Cashless payments are made throughout the entire bath – from the locker to the bistro and solarium. Late decision-makers can book massage appointments at any time via the self-service kiosk. Spontaneous purchases are possible at drinks and snack vending machines. When checking out, open amounts are paid at the payment machines and media devices are then given back to the return kiosks.
Well-known baths such as “Bernaqua – Erlebnisbad, Fitness und Wellness”, “Tamina Therme” of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz or the “Säntispark” leisure centre have already decided to switch to TAC.
“In thermal baths, it is no longer just a matter of controlling turnstiles and vending machines. All hardware must be networked with the corresponding software. Our system takes into account all digital points of contact, automates and accelerates daily processes,” says Günther Pöllabauer, Managing Director of TAC.

At “interbad” in Stuttgart, the international trade fair for swimming pools, sauna and spas, TAC will be showing the most important functions of the new system and corresponding hardware at booth C19 in hall 6 from October 23rd to 26th, 2018. Visitors can experience “live” how they can benefit from digitisation and automation, save time and increase competitive advantages.
