New TAC Support Hotline
At TAC, we always want to provide you with the best possible support. To further optimise the support experience, we have planned to change our telephone provider in the coming year. This will also give us a whole new support number.
But don’t worry, our TAC support will still be there for you as usual! You will be actively notified before the changeover to the new support line takes place, so you can always reach us as usual. In order to implement this changeover in the best possible way, we have carefully selected a partner for this project, the telephone provider “Hostprofis ISP Telekom GmbH”.
“Hostprofis ISP Telekom GmbH” will be in operation from the beginning of next year. You can object to the use of this provider within the next 14 days.
In advance, we have concluded a corresponding subcontracting agreement within the Section 28 (4) DSGVO.

TAC Software
We are continuously working on improving and further developing our modern all-in-one software. We would like to present you the following features and improvements, which will soon be available to you:
Reservation module: Predefined texts for the info field
In the master data, texts for the info field can now be predefined, which are available in the “Edit Reservation” dialogue in the info field.
Member administration: Advertising bonus
A bonus can now be awarded to the recruiter for recruiting new members. Bonuses for recruiting new members can be: Credit to the member account, consumption account or bonus periods. In addition, you can set when the advertising bonus is credited to the referrer (e.g. when the new member is activated or starts the contract or when the referrer renews the contract). The advertisers can also be evaluated in the Report Browser.
Touch Cashier: Capture Signatures
In the future, signatures can be requested as a mandatory part of the billing process. This can be done, for example, when charging the hotel room, where a guest signature is required. The signature can be set quickly and easily via a signature pad on the invoice.
Touch Cash register: Payment slip
In the Touch Cash register, it will be possible to pay by payment slip in the future.
Touch Cash register: Enter barcode manually
Barcodes can now also be entered manually in the cash register to search for products.
Touch Cash register: Reserve voucher entries/tickets for a specific date and price calendar
It is now also possible to sell voucher entries/tickets for a specific date in the Touch Cash Register.
This function can be used if the guest wants to buy a spa entrance or pre-reserve for an event for a specific date. During the sale of the voucher entry, you can simply select the date for the desired day, which reserves the voucher entry for that date. In addition, you can define your own prices per day for these vouchers, which are displayed to you in the Touch Cash register.

We are proud to present the new features of our mobile Spa Management solution sense:
Reservation module
As in the TAC software, suggestions are displayed in the sense. info field of the reservation. As soon as the info field is edited, possible suggestions are now displayed based on the setup.
Guest profile
Credit cards can now be stored in the guest profile under payment information.
Load prepaid card
It is now possible to top up prepaid cards via a separate function directly from the detailed view of the prepaid card account.
Capture signatures

Webshop
Achieve your digital advantage with our modern TAC Webshop. We can offer you the following features:
Upload your own image for voucher layout
From RA version 5.62+ onwards, end customers can upload and use their own images as voucher layouts, without additional licence costs.
Enhanced E-Commerce
With Enhanced E-Commerce Tracking, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager provides reports to track the entire user journey through the shop. A guideline can be requested via TAC Support.
Webshop System Emails
System emails can now be sent from the webshop to an email address of your choice, containing the following information and errors:
- No connection to the server
- Payment interfaces
- Master data error

Tickets with linked entries (voucher entries):
This makes it possible to prevent a ticket purchase for the current day from a certain time. For example, a morning ticket for the current day can no longer be purchased in the afternoon. The settings “…from current time” access the to-value of the “Allowed times” of the selected entry.
New Teaser Box Type: Bar/QR Code Scanning (Requires at least RA version 5.50.)
When scanning a voucher or ticket that has been redeemed today, a QR code will be displayed that can be scanned with your own smartphone and will lead to the display of the redemption invoice. This extension is required in the context of unattended access devices, in combination with German fiscalisation (receipt requirement), whereby a voucher or ticket is converted into a designated admission and the redemption invoice must be provided.

Prepaid card
Easy, fast and secure payment in the TAC Webshop
With the TAC Prepaid Card, TAC offers the possibility of simple and secure payment in the TAC Webshop:
With RFID or QR/barcode as media types, your guests are offered uncomplicated handling in the TAC Webshop or at your location. A unique code, which is protected by a scratch-off field, enables secure redemption. This means that your customers also have the option of paying easily and securely with non-personalised gift cards in the TAC Webshop. The TAC Prepaid Cards can also be linked to a customer account in the TAC Webshop in order to personalise them.
A special highlight of the TAC prepaid cards is the Quick Check-in function: the TAC prepaid cards can be configured in such a way that it is possible to check into an area via an access device. A single entry, for example, is automatically created in the system for the guest with the media ID of the prepaid card. This is how uncomplicated and simple your admission becomes with TAC!
With TAC’s value card management, different discount rates can also be defined for entire product groups or individual services. In the Webshop, a discount is automatically taken into account when a value card with discount function is redeemed. Holiday promotions are thus child’s play!

Anika Rössler
Anika Rössler has been with TAC since January 2016 and was previously a sales assistant until she became an HR assistant. She completed her training as a restaurant specialist at Reiters Reserve Supreme 5* and then pursued this occupation in various hotels and restaurants. In her free time, she loves cooking, eating, doing sports and can be found at hard rock concerts and festivals.
Jörg Schinewitz
Jörg Schinewitz joined TAC in 2017 as a Senior Developer in Core Development. After completing his education at the HTL Pinkafeld, he found his way directly to TAC. In his free time, he likes to be active in sports and plays volleyball, rides his snowboard or goes ice skating.
