In order to be able to continue to present you with a modern all-in-one software, we are constantly working on further development. We are pleased to present the latest highlights:

COVID Entry Management:
3G rule of evidence for guests
The pandemic and its effects will be with us for a while and so will the basic rules of the current and upcoming openings, which will be taken under special security precautions. The linchpin of this security concept is the definition of persons who pose a low epidemiological risk: Vaccinated – Tested – Recovered.
For TAC admission management, this means in short: No admission without 3G rule of evidence!

  • – Register & Save
    The 3G rule proof is manually captured as a document (not file) with an expiration date to the guest registry. Therefore, it is a good idea to capture only the medium to longer term proofs and not tests.
  • – Check & display
    New check-in checks for these documents allow strict control for proof. No access without proof!
    Warnings and alerts are visible in the Touch Cashier and Check-in Overview. The guest tab also shows when a document is present.
    The list of guests with future bookings, including status via a 3G rule proof, is visible through the reservation list export.

Bonus option for prepaid card sales or recharges
Example: “Buy/load 25 € prepaid card and get a credit of 28,75 €. This would be a bonus of 15%”. Define a wide variety of bonus levels and time periods at which you award a defined bonus.

Course management
There are some new enhancements in the course management:

  • – The course reservation is no longer locked by booking participants into a course. This makes it possible to edit a course at the same time.
  • – In the course overview, past courses from the current day can be displayed.

Multiple cards
Multiple tickets now have the option to be created for a fixed period of time. In the master data, a period is defined for which the multiple ticket is created, independent of the sales date. This makes it possible to map season tickets, for example.
Another new option for multiple tickets is unlimited access. These can also be defined in the master data.

Touch cash register

  • – Receipt overview
    A simple and extended search is now available in the receipt overview.
  • – Edit commissions
    The function is also available in the Touch Cashier.
  • – Incoming payments
    Incoming payments can be created as well as canceled in the Touch Cashier.
  • – Rental item fees
    It is now also possible in Touch Checkout to charge fees for loan items only upon return. In addition, an amount can be charged subsequently if the loan item is lost.

We are pleased to present you new features of our Spa & Activity software Reservation Assistant and our mobile Spa Management solution sense.:

Graphical customer display

From version 5.69 (TAC Software Touch Kassa) and 9.69 (sense. Kassa) it is possible to show the customer the shopping cart in full color via a graphical customer display. In the shopping cart view the customer gets an overview of the products and services which have to be paid. In the payment process the user gets a clear summary of the open costs and the already used payment methods.
If the cash desk is not occupied at the moment, it is possible to use the graphical customer display as a small advertising space, for example to show current offers in the form of pictures.

Achieve your digital advantage with our modern TAC Webshop. We can offer you the following features:

Group ticket sales
Group tickets can be sold via the webshop as tickets with the support of ticket yielding. Included admissions of the group ticket are considered individually in the quota.

Cancellation of already paid services (reservations, courses, sunbed reservations)
It is possible for the end customer to cancel a service that has already been paid for, taking into account the cancellation conditions. Different options are offered as a refund of the amount: Used payment method (if supported by the payment interface), Value Voucher, Secondary Spend (current account), Prepaid Card (personalized).

Multiple images per article
Multiple images can be stored and displayed for one item.

Consideration of a service charge
Calculation and display of the service charge in the webshop.

Products with price per unit of measure
The prices per unit of measure according to PAngV. can now be set and displayed for products.

Merchandise Management and Product Sales – Consideration of Inventory
For product sales via the web store, the inventory of the product can be taken into account – reduction of inventory & sales only if the total inventory is positive.

We are happy to be part of the inspiring ideas workshop and expert event, the SpaCamp, again this year. After the corona-related online edition in 2020, this year we are even more excited about personal conversations, normal meetings and a lively exchange at our TAC booth to make up for what we missed.

Uwe Schwarz is a newcomer to TAC and has been working as a tester in the company since July 2021. In summer he travels a lot on his motorcycle, otherwise he likes to play guitar and all kinds of computer games.

Moritz Pimperl_rund

Moritz Pimperl

Moritz Pimperl joined TAC in August 2020 as a support agent. After completing his computer science education at the HTL Pinkafeld, he worked for one year as a community service worker at the SOS Children’s Village. He is an enthusiastic thunderstorm hunter and hobby meteorologist and likes to be on the ski slopes in winter. Since a few months he is also active in calisthenics.
