TAC | The Assistant Company has developed a new module that helps customer service and fully grasps the industry needs of fitness clubs. By using the “Kiosk”, visitors and members don’t need to queue at reception anymore. The Kiosk enhances customer comfort, reduces waiting times and costs due to increased employee efficiency. Design and display of the screens can easily be adapted to the corporate design of a business, in order to better satisfy the needs of different target groups.

Club members can log-in the Kiosk screen with their chip card or their member number. An intuitive design and understandable surface navigate users through the operating process. Customers can book personal trainer sessions, treatments or spa appointments. They can easily pay with their medium – cashless and without the need of a wallet. All arising costs will be automatically transferred to the consumption account in real-time. Should this account show no more credit, it can be recharged online right away. Fitness club members look up information like personal data, contract start date or additional contracts at any time via the Kiosk. Logged-in users can demand access statistics and reservation overview, thus receiving a prompt evaluation of their personal check-ins and past bookings.
